Toledo Edison employees work to restore power to a neighborhood off Old Mill Rd. in Springfield, Ohio. High winds from Tropical Storm Ike on Sunday, 14 September 2008, broke tree limbs which snapped overhead power lines. The residents on Wendover, Cook and Hillard Streets have been without electricity for four days.
